The batch includes Insert U holders, which is the configuration site teams ask for when cutter teeth have to be changed frequently during a panel programme. The photos show the parts as they came off the line and as they were packed. Each unit is a curved wear plate carrying a U-shaped insert holder, with the holder seat machined out and the bores finished bright against the darker as-treated surface of the plate. The retaining pins are fitted and colour-marked in blue so the crew can identify and drive them out quickly at the wheel. One pallet photo shows the parts stacked nine columns deep, which gives a sense of the quantity involved; the crate photos show the same parts loaded into plywood cases with timber battens and cardboard separators between layers, so the machined seats do not knock against each other in transit. Every order is photographed at pre-shipment inspection and the photos go to the customer, so what you see is what you get. The plate and the U holder are given different heat treatments, each matched to what that part actually has to survive: the plate takes the abrasion and impact from the ground, the holder has to hold the tooth tight through repeated changes.
