We have crated and loaded a mixed sea shipment of trench cutter gearbox and mud pump spare parts for one of our long-standing customers. The order covers drive-system and slurry-system components for Bauer-compatible BC series cutters, and every crate was photographed at pre-shipment inspection before the lid went on. The first crate is packed in two tiers with a timber divider. The upper tier holds cartons with fragile marking and a packing list in a clear sleeve on each box, a boxed SKF bearing, stacked spacer discs, and a tray of studs and bolts. Every item label reads JK INNOVATION, part number and MADE IN SOUTH KOREA, covering nuts in M75, M90 and M100, sheets, rings, protective sleeves, screws and O-rings, so the customer's store can book the shipment in item by item without unwrapping it. Other crates show the larger machined parts in red oxide primer: castellated screw-on pot collars, flanged hubs with a threaded centre bore and bolted retainers, and twin-bore mud pump casing sections. Alongside them are grey machined cover plates with a turned seal register, counterbored bolt holes and a part tag reading Cover with its ID number. The primer protects the machined faces through a long sea leg, and the seal registers are the surfaces that decide whether a gearbox stays dry in service. The gearbox lot is marked GB1 on every photo so the parts stay together on arrival. Ring housings and covers are stretch wrapped and blocked on plywood and timber battens, orange-painted flange plates with a full bolt circle are wrapped with their fasteners, and each O-ring is bagged and labelled separately by ID number, including O-Ring 245x5 ID221260, ID20984, ID21037, ID222386 and ID39728. Boxed seals and a carton from a European component supplier are laid out in the same inspection photo.
